Labour market testing (LMT) generally involves advertising the position in Australia in order to show the DHA you have tested the local labour market and cannot find a suitable Australian worker.
There are very STRICT requirements and, in some instances, where the criteria is not met the delegate MUST refuse your application (ie even if you meet all the other criteria they must legally refuse the application).
