What We Can Assist With

Full service assistance allows you to take the back seat. Sit back and relax as we guide you with what to provide and then use the documents and information you provide to us to prepare and submit your application or submission on your behalf. We worry about all the finer details, respond to the DHA correspondence, answer all your questions along the way, advise you on the strength of the application or submission and/or how it could be improved.

Generally, we endeavour to submit decision-ready visa applications, so that the next time you hear from us, after we lodge your application, is to provide your grant notice. We want to minimise the stress and worry for all our clients, and make it an enjoyable experience with a great outcome.

Below are the types of matters we can assist you with. If you would like further information on any please contact us.

Individual & Family Visa Applications

Our forte is definitely partner migration, whether that be spousal visas, de facto visas, prospective marriage visas, NZ family visas, adding a partner to your work visa or student visa. We have a special talent for assisting with partner visa applications and have made a lot of couples very happy, even during the pandemic.

We also can assist you with child visa applications, student visa applications, post graduate visa applications, remaining relative visas and other special category applications.

Domestic Violence: Immigration Assistance and Submissions

We have a particular passion and skill for assisting visa applicants who have recently been, or currently are, suffering from family violence. Often there are more options available, and any application already applied for may still be able to be granted so long as you get help early enough.

We take additional measures to protect and safeguard client information and conduct our interactions and communication with the utmost caution in such a sensitive time.

If you or someone you know is affected by domestic violence and are worried about their visa, please contact us with any possible details about the situation as well as details on the best way and time to return contact and we can arrange something suitable to the situation. We understand that this is not a one size fits all type of situation and encourage you to contact us via the contact page on our website, by call, whatsapp, text, email, or via our socials.

Employer Sponsorship

We are highly skilled in employer sponsored and skilled migration, employer sponsorship approval and employer nominations.

It often works well when preparing sponsorship and/or nomination applications as well as the associated visa application(s) simultaneously, however we can do any of the applications in isolation just as effectively.

We can assist employer sponsors with understanding the requirements and obligations that are involved in sponsoring overseas workers both temporarily and permanently.

We can arrange for an information and training session regarding employer sponsorship on request. This may be with directors, HR, foremen/managers or a combination of the above. Please contact us for further details.

Submissions

Health Requirement

For most visa applications there is a medical check to test whether the applicant meets the health requirement. If the applicant doesn’t meet the health requirement at first, some visas allow for submissions to be put to the Department to argue the visa should be granted regardless. Our team members have helped numerous applicants get their visa granted despite failing the health requirement.

Character and Other Issues

We can also assist with written submissions for many other issues that could arise in applying for your visa application, including submissions in response to notices of intention to cancel, submissions to address failing the character requirements submissions, allegedly providing fraudulent or misleading information or documents (PIC 4020).

*Please note, we currently do not offer services in relation to protection or refugee visas.
