The purpose of this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to inform you of how Order & Law Pty Ltd (ACN 635 985 232) manages, collects, uses, processes and discloses your Personal Data, which is subject to the privacy principles set out in the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth) and the general law intended to protect your privacy, as amended from time to time.
Order & Law Pty Ltd may collectively and individually referred to as “Order & Law”, “Visa Sidekick”, “us”, “we”, “our”, as the context may require. Note this Privacy Policy is limited to data provided/received directly through this website, and any related websites of ours, and does not cover information collected from individuals as part of our professional services for which you can engage us by agreeing to a cost agreement issued by us.
This Privacy Policy also does not apply to the practices of organisations that Visa Sidekick does not own or control, or to people we do not employ or oversee even if offers, coupons or links to their websites appear within our Platforms or technology.

We are Order & Law Pty Ltd trading as Visa Sidekick. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, customers, suppliers and employees. Our use of Google Analytics may include but is not limited to display advertising and remarketing. You may see our adverts across the internet, this is due to the use of tracking technologies (cookies) to optimise and serve our adverts based on past visits to our Site. When you log onto our Site, we, with the help of Google Analytics, use your browsing behaviour to connect this with other data that you previously provided to us in accordance with this privacy policy.
We use Facebook Insights to track your interaction with our Facebook Page. This will allow us to track usage and improve the performance of our page. We will use Facebook Analytics to better measure, track and understand customer user experience to enable us to improve our products and services that we offer. We use Instagram Insights to track your interaction with our Instagram Page. This will allow us to track usage and improve the performance of our page. We use TikTok analytic data to track your interaction with our TikTok account. This will allow us to track usage and improve the performance of our page. We will use TikTok analytic data to better measure, track and understand customer user experience to enable us to improve our products and services that we offer. Don’t provide us with personal data
You can choose not to provide us with any personal data. However, if you do this, we will not be able to provide you with any online products or services, however, you can continue to use our Site and browse the pages of our Site.

We may use your data to determine what products and services are relevant to you (e.g. tailoring our emails based on your behaviour. Otherwise, the only circumstances in which we will use this data is to provide our products and services to you.

You have the right to request for your data to be erased. This means we have to delete all information that we hold about you, except to the extent of any information we are required to hold due to our legal obligations.

How secure is the data collected
We realise that our customers trust us to protect their personal information. We take that task seriously and maintain reasonable and appropriate physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to help protect your personal information. For example this includes:

Where do we store data
We use service providers based around the world. Consequently, your data may be processed in countries outside of Australia. If we transfer personal data outside of Australia, we will ensure that your privacy rights are adequately protected by ensuring these service providers have the same or similar measures in place to protect data shared.
How long do we store data
We will keep your data for as long as we need it and this period will also depend on your interactions with us. If you have made a purchase with us, we will keep a record of your purchase for the period necessary for invoicing and tax purposes. When we no longer need to keep your information, we will delete it.

Payment Security
Our Site is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application.
Squarespace stores data in multiple Tier III data centers across the United States. We serve images and other static assets via multiple geographically distributed content delivery networks (CDNs). This system ensures that the data in each page view is served from the data center closest to the visitor’s location.
We also use Stripe (Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd ACN 160 180 343) to facilitate payments on our Site. Stripe retain your Personal Data as long as they are providing the Services to you or to us. They may keep personal data even after we close our account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and/or to assist with fraud monitoring, detection and prevention activities. Stripe do so in accordance with any limitation periods and records retention obligations that are imposed by applicable law.
Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
